Claim EXPRESS UNION

Tell us who you are and we will hand the listing over. A person reads every claim, usually within two working days.

Own the company email? Claim it in four minutes

We can send a code to any address at expressunion.net. Type it back and the listing is yours straight away — no documents, no waiting for us to read anything.

Or claim it the longer way

Your account

You need an account to manage the listing afterwards. This creates one.

Your full name

Work email address

An address at the company domain is the fastest way to be approved. A personal address is fine if the company has no email of its own.

Choose a password

At least ten characters, with letters and numbers.

Anything we should know

Proof of registration

Optional. Attach registration documents now and we will review the claim for the Registered Business badge in one step instead of two.

Upload documents

PDF, JPG, PNG or WebP. Up to five files, 5 MB each.

Documents are stored privately and are seen only by our verification team. They are never published, never shown on the listing, and never shared.

Proof of who you are (optional)

Showing us an identity document is the fastest way to have this approved, and it earns an "Identity checked" badge on the listing. A submission without one still gets read — it just takes longer, because we have to find another way to be sure.

The file is encrypted the moment it arrives, is never on a public address, is never attached to an email, and can only be opened by an administrator through a link that records who looked and when.

Photograph of the front

Photograph of the back

Not needed for a passport — the page with your photograph is the whole document.

I am authorised to represent EXPRESS UNION and everything I have entered is accurate.

This costs nothing

Claiming a listing is free and always will be. Badges cannot be bought, and paying us has never moved a company up the directory.
